A self defence class open to men and women was held in the park to raise awareness and provide instruction around personal safety techniques. The group enjoyed the training and advice with some perhaps enjoying too much defending themselves from Richard (seen in the centre of the photo in black) with their new found skills. The response being so positive that we will look to see if we can arrange further classes in the future.
