Livio, Siobhan, Deborah, Ed, Fred and Sue came down for a litter pick at Grove Farm, and the place was better for it. The weather was warm, not quite “surface of the sun” temperatures we had been seeing, but just right for a bit of determined community action. ☀️🚮

Together we collected 9 bags of rubbish, 3 bags of recycling, and 4 unbagable items, including a chair that had clearly given up on life. No small achievement and proof of what a committed team can do in a couple of hours.

A special moment too: Livio was presented with an award for his efforts by Cathy for his work with LAGER Can. Well deserved, and a lovely reminder that the people making a difference deserve to be celebrated. 🏆💚
