Two huge fly-tips were no match for volunteer determination from LAGER Can and Friends of Grove Farm during our litter pick! Joe, Ed, Siobhan, Livio, Sue, Fred, and Cathy cleared around 75 bags of rubbish, three of recyclables, ten bulky “unbaggables” and one rogue dumper even left behind a clue... 👀

We wrapped up as usual with lunch at Brokengate Café, followed by a walk through Grove Farm to check out how the ponds were fairing after the recent wet spell. Good news, we have lots of water. Lets hope our amphibian friends make it to the party in time.
