Spooky mist and fly-tips were no match for community spirit at Grove Farm last Saturday, as volunteers took on a seriously large litter pick! 💪🧹

Four volunteers James, Afshin, Maxime and Steph from @goodgym_ealing joined Ian @lagercanealing and #FriendsOfGroveFarm Juvelyn to tackle Sofas, mattresses, empty water cooler bottles, paint tins, flower pots, a toilet seat and more. 🛋️🛏️

Some of the larger items were moved to the bins ready for council collection, while others were grouped at specific points for the council teams to collect as they were too large. 🪣🛏️♻️ Grove Farm is looking better, but there’s still a long way to go to clear what remains of the summer's big fly-tips and protect this precious nature reserve. 🌿💚
