It was a beautiful autumnal day on Saturday for our monthly conservation event where we welcomed two new enthusiastic volunteers join us at Grove Farm. Thank you Yakin & Portia as well as Fred, Sue & Gordon.

We finished off our work cutting back brambles & opening up sight lines where possible along the lane to David Lloyd. This gave the group a real sense of achievement. Hopefully it now feels a bit more comfortable & open for pedestrians. Sue’s long picker came in handy too for all those bits of rubbish deep inside the bushes that we haven’t been able to collect until now.
