A brave group of 14 nature enthusiasts ventured out into the cool evening on a special bat walk, hoping to catch a glimpse of these elusive creatures. 🌙🌳 As with any wildlife event, it’s never guaranteed that our stars will make an appearance, but we were in luck!

Just an hour after sunset, our bat detectors came alive with the unmistakable clicks of common pipistrelles – sounding like something straight out of a sci-fi movie - see ours below! 🎶🔦 We were treated to the incredible sight of two bats darting and dancing through the sky, squabbling over insects above the meadow. 🦇✨ Witnessing these amazing creatures reminds us why preserving natural habitats is so crucial. 🌎💚

It was an unforgettable experience for everyone who joined us, reminding us of the magic that comes from connecting with nature at night. 🌌
